"Vertical Limit" tells the story of young mountain climber Peter Garrett (Chris O'Donnell) who has to climb the world's 2nd highest mountain to rescue his sister who has been trapped in a cave beneath the ice, with madman Elliot Vaughn (Bill Paxton). Look out for former "Goldeneye" Bond girl, Izabella Scorupco & Scott Glenn as reclusive mountain man Montgomery Wick. Spectacular mountain climbing sequences, the best since Stallone's "Cliffhanger", were shot in New Zealand. The explosions, avalanches & tension filled climbing sequences should keep most viewers on the edge of their seats. "Vertical Limit" is an entertaining disaster flick that will put you in the thick of the action, you will feel like you are dangling from a rope or hanging on the edge of an icy cliff face. An absolute must for would-be mountain climbers.
