Solid entry in the Disney catalog of live action adventure films, starring Hayley Mills as the young daughter of a sea captain that has been abducted. The film is jam-packed full of eye-popping special effects that were considered outstanding in their day. In her search for her father Mills & crew have to survive earthquakes, avalanches, fire & floods. Disney has done justice to this Jules Verne classic. "In Search Of The Castaways" is a fun film the whole family can enjoy.
