"Star Wars" is a film that needs no introduction. When it was released in 1977 it was light years ahead of its time and it changed the face of science fiction cinema forever. "Star Wars" has become the benchmark film by which all other sci-fi films are measured. The movie's immense popularity continues to grow with each generation of new young fans. I am sure there would not be too many people in the galaxy that have not seen "Star Wars" at least once in their lifetime.
