Mandy Moore plays the President's 18 year old daughter in this romantic teen film that is reminiscent of the Audrey Hepburn classic "Roman Holiday". Being the President's daughter, Mandy's life is far from normal. While travelling through Europe she manages to escape her father's entourage of Secret Service agents & finds time to meet & fall in love with a handsome British stranger (Matthew Goode). The twist in the tale is that Mandy's new boyfriend turns out to be an undercover agent working for her father (Mark Harmon).
